Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for the use of Plico.

The Plico application (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”) is owned by Luigi Gubello and Massimiliano Pippi (hereinafter referred to as “the Owner”). Installing and using the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. License and Intellectual Property

The Application is licensed. The following are prohibited, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Distributing or reselling the Application to third parties.
  2. Using the Application for unlawful purposes.

2. Nature of the Service

The Application is provided free of charge. The Owner reserves the right to:

  1. Modify, update, or suspend features at any time.
  2. Remove the Application from the stores without prior notice.
  3. Make it paid or introduce paid features, with adequate notice to users.

The user acknowledges that no technical support or guaranteed maintenance is owed.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty (NO WARRANTY)

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Owner does not warrant that:

  1. The Application will operate without interruption or be free of errors.
  2. The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable.
  3. Any defects in the Application will be corrected.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for damages of any kind — including direct, indirect, data loss, device damage, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Owner has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

5. Changes to the Terms

The Owner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will indicate the most recent version. Continued use of the Application following the publication of changes will constitute acceptance of those changes. In the event of material changes, the Owner will endeavour to provide adequate notice to users.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pordenone.
